I’m sharing 3 secrets to clear the overwhelm in your head because I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed, be guilty of overthinking and be stuck in my head too much!

3 Secrets to Clear the Overwhelm in your Head

Last week while conducting an Akashic Records Circle, we noticed that most of our participants (including me) had a lot going on in their heads. So we used my favorite psychic technique to clear your head of that enormous to do list and help us get centered and focus.

Make sure to click on this video below, so you can enjoy the visualization and follow along while you clear your head of all the clutter and noise.

How to clear the overwhelm in your head

Besides having too much in their head, I also noticed they were unconsciously focussing too much on their past. If you keep your energy, your focus, on the past, how can you be present in the present moment to create the life you want? You can’t.

I shared a simple visualization technique that will help you to clear the confusion and all those worries that we keep overthinking! All you have to do is listen to the video above when you have a few minutes to your self. This is a psychic technique that I love and use myself any time I have too much in my mind and with clients anytime I see that clutter and confusion in their minds.

You can practice this simple meditation anytime you need. After you go though he video above, you will feel more clear and ready to focus on the present..

For even more support I just did a webinar Blow Through Self Limitations through the Akashic Records you can check it out here and receive the free healing offered.

3 Secrets to Remove Clutter and Confusion

Please keep in mind that I am far from perfect!  Here are some tips that help me to clear the overwhelm in my head and have fun while keep things running in my business.

Secret 1: Centre

Secret #1 – Center

You might have noticed while going through the meditation above, when you imagine that line crossing in the center of your head, and you bring your consciousness to that area, you will feel more centered, in the present time and ready to focus at the task in front of you.

So here is a tip to be used throughout the day: if, during the day, your head start spinning just by looking at your enormous to do list, and by “energetically” going to the future or the past as you keep overthinking of all there is to do. Think about bringing your energy back to the very center of your head.

It is simple but it will create wonders for you. What happens when you start spreading yourself too thin throughout all those tasks is that your energy is just all over the place.. and you are loosing energy that way and nothing gets your full attention.

So, as soon as you notice you are doing that, find the center and go there. You will have focus and your decisions will come through with much more power and purpose.

Secret #2 – Clear the Clutter

Once I am centered, I clear the clutter. In the same way you learn to clear the clutter in the visualization with the video, it is a good idea to clear the clutter from your desk, around the areas you work, get rid of all those reminder notes or sticky paper, stuff around you in your work area is just like all that stuff you “saw” in the center of your head. you don’t need that.

I just started using Trello.com and I am happy with it. You see what is the next task to be done and its all online, very good if you are visually oriented like me.

Once you get all that clutter out of your head, put it somewhere so it does not crowd up there. I just got introduced to Trello.com and really enjoyed. Its an online system where you can write all the tasks you need to get done, you can also share with your team and check in when each person finishes their task. very cool. Use watever makes sense for you, if a printed calendar works better, go fo it! It has to be easy and familiar to you.

Secret #3 – Connect to a Higher Power

I take a few minutes to connect to be inspired.. my favorite technique is to run energy, connect with my higher self and set the intention for my day. I also do an energy check, clearing out of my system any feelings or beliefs to make space to amazing manifesting and opportunities to come my way.

Then, if I am writing a blog, or creating a class, I just open my Akashic Records around me and let the inspiration come. I feel that when I connect with my records, all those tasks of writing, making business decisions are no longer something I drag on.

All I have to do is show up, be present and the inspiration starts. This is one of the reasons my business transformed right before my eyes in less than 9 months, when you start working with the Akashic Records, you will notice things will start happening in a much faster pace. Everything can change, from night to day.

Great video! Love your top 3 tips for clearing overwhelm. I think I tend to be pretty good about managing my schedule and things so that I avoid overwhelm…but sometimes I overschedule things, and then I feel a bit out of control.

As a side note, I looooove the Akashic records.

      • I am so glad you enjoyed! Good job on managing your schedule, and I so relate with over scheduling 🙂
