What are Akashic Records? We talk about them all the time – how to access them and what they can tell us. But have you ever wondered what they really are?
Akashic Records are our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through your records, you have the opportunity to learn from your past experiences without the feelings and beliefs attached to the memory. Our egos tend to take advantage of our emotions and use them against you, so your Akashic Records are the perfect opportunity to learn without being inhibited.
Everything we do becomes a memory we hold in your body – whether holding onto those memories is helpful to us or not. Everything you experience today, you can trace back to an experience you had in your past. There are situations where you don’t know why you act a certain way. Through your Akashic Records, you can connect to that part of you that represents where you want to go.
When you access your Akashic Records for yourself or for a client, you’re able to clear all of the emotions that have been weighing you down. That’s what’s in it for you – a lighter, happier life for you and your clients. It’s an opportunity to understand the agreements and the contracts that you may have made in the past. At some point in your soul’s history, there was an agreement where it wasn’t safe for you to have what you want. Once you transition and realize the opportunity for growth.
What’s the difference between working with a coach and doing your own clearing?
A coach facilitating and Akashic Records session can access your collection of experiences and be a mirror for the individual seeking guidance. A coach can help you break through to a new level of understanding at a soul level.
How do people transition from accessing their own records to coaching others?
Practitioners around the world use different methods. Through trying different methods, I found the technique of using a 5th dimension vibration on your journey to your Akashic Records to be the most effective. You’re fully aware of your body and your thoughts, but part of your consciousness goes to the Akashic Records.
As you might guess, this takes practice and guidance! It certainly isn’t something that can be learned in just a few days. In fact, when techniques are taught in a day or weekend and then practitioners are left on their own, they’re likely to struggle to continue to develop their skills. We run a 6-month program so our students can receive support in the whole process.
