In the healing we gave space for some energies to be lifted and transformed from your heart. I noticed that those who would be called to listen to the mp3 carried a lot of old, guilt and sadness in the heart from early experiences in their lives. But now, in order for them to love themselves back to health, it is crucial to let go of those feelings and old beliefs and make space for love.
The Akashic Records Healing Circles and listening to your body
It’s amazing to see all the shifts that just a few minutes of listening to the body and allowing the shift to happen can do for you. I feel absolutely honored to be of service, as a channel for my clients body and feelings, to have a conversation with them and so that they can let go of what is holding them back. That is really the intention behind facilitating the Akashic Records Healing Circles.
In my experience from being a craniosacral therapist and an energy healer, I used to do the same thing, the clients would come to me so I could be the translator between their bodies and themselves. In the Akashic Records Healing Circle it is the same thing, I access what the group as a whole is ready to let go of and we pull it out from the energetic system the feelings, beliefs and blocks that are preventing you from manifesting well being and the life you are meant to live.
Your body is gonna bother you until you notice it!
Many people carry pains within their body for years and years, I wish more people would know that listen to their body is the first step to healing.
Each area of your body that is hurting is connected to a specific energy, knee pain and issues for example, are connected to financial security. Legs, the ability to move forward in life, so below I am going to share a few tips for you to work with your body. To let go of whatever you are holding on to, so you no longer feel that nagging pain in your body.
1. Be present, Feel all that needs to be felt.
I focus on the area that is bothering in my body and I ask: what do you want for me? Usually I get an image of what i need. A few weeks ago I had this pain in my shoulders (which I know is related to responsibility, as I just took on a new project, it’s an amazing opportunity, buts it’s a commitment) SO I ask my shoulder what it needed for me and I got the image of my gym’s jacuzzi, I love soaking after exercising, but lately I had a lot on my plate and was skipping my jacuzzi time, which I really love. but the image reminded me that my body was craving the element of water, water brings balance to my go, go go energy.
2. Take time and action necessary:
I set the time to give my shoulder what it needed, I went to the jacuzzi. When I got there, I was thinking, oh boy! what took me so long? 🙂
3. Love the hurt
While I was enjoying my jacuzzi time, for 15 minutes I visualized my shoulder, feeling grateful to remind me of what I needed, focusing on my breath and being present. I also focused on all the energy that I was holding in the shoulder, so I was able to give myself a self energy healing to let go of all that I was carrying that was unnecessary.
That is it! I did it for 3 days and the pain was GONE!
