REFUND & RETURN POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All products and services offered by Akashic Records Institute are digital in nature, including but not limited to:

- Online courses and training programs

- Remote healing sessions

- Akashic Records readings

- Energetic assessments and reports

- Live workshops and recorded replays

- Membership programs

- Private mentorship and coaching

- Digital downloads (audio, video, PDF)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or service has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product/service and that you will not be able to return or exchange it.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Before purchasing, please ensure you have:

- A working computer, tablet, or smartphone

- Stable internet connection

- Valid email address to receive access links and communications

- Compatible web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge recommended)

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology and internet access to receive and use digital products.

We are not responsible for technical issues on your end, including but not limited to:

- Incompatible devices

- Internet connectivity problems

- Email delivery issues due to spam filters

- User error in accessing content

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

1. Technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing purchased content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days

2. You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a processing error

3. Service was not delivered as described on the sales page

To request a refund under these circumstances, you must contact us in writing at akashicrecordswisdom@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

- Your full name

- Order number or email used for purchase

- Detailed description of the issue

- Screenshots or documentation of the problem (if applicable)

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have any concerns, questions, or issues with your purchase, please contact us directly BEFORE filing a dispute with your bank or payment processor.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUDULENT DISPUTES

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving and accessing the digital product/service is considered fraud.

If you file a fraudulent dispute, we reserve the right to:

- Immediately terminate your access to all products and services

- Remove you from all programs, communities, and email lists

- Pursue legal action to recover funds and associated costs

- Report the fraudulent activity to relevant authorities

- Prohibit you from making future purchases

We maintain detailed records of all purchases, access logs, and customer communications, which will be provided as evidence in any dispute.

SUBSCRIPTION & RECURRING PAYMENTS

For subscription-based products or payment plans:

- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges

- Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing date

- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions

- Access will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
